ArcGIS REST API Admin Helper v1.0.0

This is the first stable release of the ArcGIS REST API Admin Helper browser extension. This extension aims to simplify the administration of hosted services using the ArcGIS REST API by providing an easy-to-use interface for navigating to the operation web pages for the following operations: Refresh, Add To Definition, Update Definition, and Delete From Definition.
