- First clone this repository:
git clone https://github.com/JoshuaKoopmans/SignalPeptideClassifier/ - Before running the script, install the required dependecies by executing the following command:
pip install -r requirements.txt - Finally, run the script:
python3 classifiers/classifier.py
