This menu allow you to enable some predefined features available at [KernelAndKextPatches] section of [config.plist] file for test purposes or correct mistakes.

The available features are;

Option	Description
Kext patching allowed	Enable / Disable Kernel and Kexts Patching.
Kernel Support CPU	Enable / Disable Kernel Patch for unsupported Intel CPUs.
AppleIntelCPUPM patch	Enable / Disable AppleIntelCPUPM.kext patch for ASUS Native PM.
AppleRTC patch	Enable / Disable AppleRTC.kext patch
