Incomplete removal of deprecated call overloading syntax #20653

I suppose this is not intentional but as pointed out in #20627 (comment) the old call overloading syntax no longer raise an error or warning.

julia> struct A
       end

julia> Base.call(::A) = 1

julia> A()()
1
