docstring: CartesianIndices and LinearIndices constructors require tuple of ranges [ci skip] #29023

The constructor CartesianIndices(istart:istop, jstart:jstop,...) was deprecated in favor of CartesianIndices((istart:istop, jstart:jstop,...)). Changed docstring to reflect this. Same deal for LinearIndices

(First PR for Julia here ... a grand total of 4 characters!)
