A new testing framework for univariate distributions #314

Compared to the previous version, this one uses JSON instead of CSV to store reference data, allowing more methods to be checked, e.g. the minimum/maximum of each distribution, and methods that are specific to a certain subset of distributions.

This framework also tests all constructors, including those using default arguments.

The tests are more thorough.
