Some logic should be considered to be moved to base.

$ julia

julia> Nullable(1) == Nullable(1)
ERROR: NullException()
 in ==(::Nullable{Int64}, ::Nullable{Int64}) at ./nullable.jl:76

julia> using NullableArrays

julia> Nullable(1) == Nullable(1)
ERROR: NullException()
 in ==(::Nullable{Int64}, ::Nullable{Int64}) at ./nullable.jl:76

julia> quit()

$ julia

julia> using NullableArrays

julia> Nullable(1) == Nullable(1)
Nullable{Bool}(true)

Yes, the plan is to try moving these into Base. See #119 and JuliaLang/julia#16988 (I'll open a new clean PR).
