Python search based on Everything

Use Everything in python code.

Usage: fs.py [-h] [--regex REGEX [REGEX ...]] [--search SUBST [SUBST ...]]
             Path [Path ...]

Return catalogs and search request in it. Using Everything API.

Positional arguments:
  Path                  directory

Optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  --regex REGEX, -r REGEX
                        use regex search
  --search STRING, -s STRING
                        search in directory
