This update will break the older versions, so please update! Also Login will be lost because of the multiple account support (so sorry for that!)

Fixed local extensions on Windows (hopefully!).
Local extensions now support manga extensions.
More manga extensions added, based on Tachiomy extensions (more to come!).
Extensions now search for anime using English titles if the default search fails.
Default title language (English, Japanese, etc.) can now be changed in settings.
Auto-opening skip feature added (can be disabled in settings).
Added playback speed option in video settings.
Added support for OpenSubtitles.org (in beta).
