Waxwing
- Strip logspam from contract generation
- Start renaming / re-describing nodes
- Finally fixed X-248 (its radial attach was off)

- Mk1 pod will not have RCS until Stability is researched (note: requires a new RF, until then switch engine mode when you place it the first time, if you haven't researched Stability)
- Update costs of some science equipment
- Fixed a couple part costs (AJE solar panel, US wedge)

Magnometer
- Dontstayputnik's integrated antenna works without needing to unlock extra tech.
- Stability node has a new core, and some very expensive solar cells
- Corrected Altair / X-248
- Preliminary support for FinePrint
- Structural parts are less expensive
- Stack and double chutes unlock with the first pod
- Recovered chutes no longer provide funds
- Stack decouplers are more reasonably priced.

Contract Lighter
*Fixes the major bugs in Contract Light
*Lower entry costs to 20x (from 50x)
*Fix pass specifier in Tree.cfg
*Fix RT code for 0.3m core
*Move heat shields to appropriate nodes (big, later ones are moved to Nanolathing for now, it will serve as a "catchall" node for stuff that shouldn't be in the starting nodes but for which we haven't figured out the correct node).
Suggested Play Settings
Hard (with quickload and revert) but starting funds down to ~4000 or so, and fund rewards at 20%.
Contract Light
