Climate information:

  • Annual precipitation
  • Annual potential evapotranspiration

For this application, we used the online source https://app.climateengine.org/climateEngine; however, others also seem promising, such as https://cds.climate.copernicus.eu/cdsapp#!/dataset/reanalysis-era5-single-levels?tab=overview.

File download may take a while as a lot of request get "queued"!

Request was completed after 70 minutes:

Summary after 5 Copernius CDS data queries: 2-9h processing time for ~23MB data requests per query (see screenshot belo) -> is this normal?????
