VERSION 0.1.7 IS HERE!

What change?

Save files now create a hash filename.
Loading anonymous files don't work now as it searches for hash generated files with a specific header to read.
Concurrency stable support.
LunarDB is available in Homebrew now (if you don't know)
Added rate limiter (experimental)
Changes in module.cpp
Module handlers are still on the work especially embedding them to the CLI executable when installed.
Upcoming features like Clustering and fault tolerance using Elixir.
Security features like sanitizers and verification are on the work.
