This pull request updates the code to use the
Get-CippExceptionfunction for error logging. This function provides more detailed error information and improves the error handling in the code. ty copilotFor all the public endpoints in cippcore
there is also a few fixes of some trycatches, null checks on the wrong side and more i cant remember
