Check for duplicate page aliases

This is a simple task that is meant to be picked up by newcomers. Check out http://www.firsttimersonly.com/.

Steps to be taken:

• fork the repository
• clone it to your local machine, you can use Visual Studio, GitHub desktop or command line
  • we recommend using GitHub extension for Visual Studio
• open your local clone with Visual Studio
• create a new module
• implement the logic that will check for any duplicates in the AliasURLPath in the CMS_DocumentAlias table. The implementation must take the AliasCulture column into account. It should also compare the records against NodeAliasPaths in the CMS_Tree table.
  • properly used GROUP BY clause should do the trick
  • if the check fails inform the user by returning ModuleResults with status Warning and a proper error message
• check whether your code complies with our contribution guidelines
• push your changes to your fork (VS->Team Explorer->Changes->Commit&Sync)
• create a PR and include Fixes Check for duplicate page aliases #2 in the message

We'll review the change and either merge right away it or suggest potential changes.
