OmniMIDI crashes my MIDI app

Problem

Whenever I run an app that uses OmniMIDI by default, or I set it as default output device, the app crashes.

Fix

1. Try updating your DirectX files through the DirectX Web Installer. (You can trigger that by reinstalling OmniMIDI)
2. Check if the EV buffer size is set correctly. You can check that by going to the Settings tab > MIDI events parser settings > Change size of the EV buffer. The most stable settings are 4096 / 1.
3. Try reinstalling OmniMIDI.
