Adds functionality to duplicate entities in the content_list to other mods. When clicking the
Dto duplicate an entry, a popup will show allowing you to select the target mod. By default, the current mod will be selected. This will duplicate the entity to the current mod with a different id. If a different mod is selected, the entry is duplicated to the mod with the same id, unless the user provides a different id.This will be convenient for #506
