v0.96.6 - Allow enemies in immobile vehicles parameter #664

Description:

Adds parameter that enables feature to allow enemy vehicle crews stay in immobile vehicles (See allowCrewInImmobile). There are 3 settings: 0%, 50% or 100% chance.

Small and nice addition. Smaller things to take care of beside of resolving the merge conflicts.
