v1.0.0 - Saved CLI (moles-moles)

This is a save for Stoichify that was strictly CLI-based, and only supported moles-moles calculations. As v2.0.0 will be a GUI application, there needs to be a new version. So this would save v1.0.0 so I can move on with the new and better version.
