Problem Statement

HTTPRouteWeight has been disabled in #289 because it was found to be flaky on CI and locally.

This issue tracks reintroduction of this test and removing the skip criteria that were added in #289.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The core test HTTPRouteWeight is successfully run.
