KIC works in Konnect but our testing is a little light.
We should improve the testing and think further about failure cases and observability in this case.

• opened issues to track weak points (observability, ease of uses...) or bug discovered in exploratory testing
• opened issues to cover a testing plan to cover weak parts of our coverage
• internal document created to explain how to investigate KIC issues from Konnect
• release steps are added to ensure that KIC on Konnect works correctly
