Currently any reference to Dispatchers class including many calls to Dispatchers.Default, force Dispatchers.IO to be initialized. This incurs several system property reads and other expensive operations even if Dispatchers.IO is never used. Swap to a get backed val and definition in new IoDispatcher file to allow separate initialization in a smaller class clinit.

I understand the get() part, but why did you move the object to a different file? I don't think objects are initialized until they are first accessed.

- security: SQL Injection via line comment generation, it is possible in
`SimpleQuery` mode to generate a line comment by having a placeholder
for a numeric with a `-`
such as `-?`. There must be second placeholder for a string immediately
after. Setting the parameter to a -ve value creates a line comment.
This has been fixed in this version fixes
[CVE-2024-1597](https://www.cve.org/CVERecord?id=CVE-2024-1597).

#### Enhanced Client-side caching
We are happy to announce that improved [server-assisted, client-side
caching](https://redis.io/docs/manual/client-side-caching/) is now
generally available! Special thanks to all our beta testers for their
valuable feedback, which helped us refine and improve the initial
implementation.
Client-side caching is supported exclusively with the RESP3 protocol
with Redis >= 7.4 and is available in UnifiedJedis, JedisPooled, and
JedisCluster and other classes.

Currently any reference to Dispatchers class including many calls to Dispatchers.Default, force Dispatchers.IO to be initialized. This incurs several system property reads and other expensive operations even if Dispatchers.IO is never used.
