What about virtualenv?
In the Windows Installation section I refrained from creating a virtual environment -- though the general instructions at the top of the document do -- partly to simplify the instructions and partly because since Python 3 (definitely since 3.5+) venv is recommended.

OMG! Youre so fast, didnt notice you already corrected everything. Guess it's time for me to watch the WeasyPrint repository...
