Correcting small issues on init.sh and grafana

Hi,

I had some difficlties using the script provided.

• some folder were not created, leading the docker compose to fail because they were not present.
• the token used by grafana to contact influx DB was not working, I was getting authentication error(token missing).

I googled a bit the issue and it seems that it works better using an http header. It did for me.

So I added that configuration as well.
