Bug description

Dapp does not resolve on latest version of Chrome - page just hangs

See below referenced fixes for other Agoric dapps:

Agoric/dapp-inter#242

Repro

Go to Kryha.io on latest version of Chrome -> does not resolve

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I was still using a "compatible" chrome version so I hadn't experience this. I've upgraded the appropriate @endo packages based on the examples you shared and it seem to fix it locally, PR incoming :)

## Description
Recent Chrome upgrades (version 122.0.6261.69) seem to cause issues when
rendering pages that use outdated `@endo` packages. Bumping `@endo`
packages to their most recent versions solves the issue
