FUS 5.0.0-beta12

ESL is now enabled! NOT savefile compatible with previous betas. Archery will now drain stamina and when out of stamina you cannot nock an arrow (visual, adio, and haptic effect will be played). Archery stamina drain is dependent on your speed. Listen to the sound, when it has fully pulled back, you can release. If you release too early it will cost you much more stamina.

  • Enabled ESL, finally!
  • added SRA attribute cost fix and enabled timed stamina cost
  • added seamless arrow nocking beta for no nocking when out of stamina
  • fixed an issue that did not give the persuation option when talking to the whiterun guards for the first time
  • updated bhaptics
  • switched from low to medium controller smoothing to maybe prevent accidental pause menu coming up

Well, this one is not on me 😮 HIGGS had a little update that fixed a jitter issue when you move a grabbed object towards yourself. Tiny update, you can also just do it manually.

Sorry folks, Cangar is a bit scatterbrained these days. I forgot to update SkyUI, which fixes a crash when you drink the last self-crafted potion via Spell Wheel VR. Niche issue, so if you don't have that, no need to update.

I hope that's it now.

Small housekeeping changes, savefile compatible as far as we can tell.

Before anyone asks: No, the ESL fix is not included, we only updated the other mods to make them compatible according to our knowledge. It is stable now regarding the game itself but there is no need in FUS and it still breaks xedit and other things here and there, so afaik nothing holds you back from installing it yourselves but it is not officially supported.

  • Moved Dear Diary VR to 1.7 Optional Interface and by default. We want to ship it but it does change the UI and it makes the reshade AO shadows visible so we disabled it for now.
  • Moved Even Better Quest Objectives SE to 1.13 Optional VR gameplay mods because while it helps a lot for VR to understand the quest without checking the map 24/7 it is not mandatory. This change should honor that fact even though we keep it enabled.

Small changes, savefile compatible, final cleanup for 2023 :slight_smile:

Before anyone asks: No, the ESL fix is not included. It is not yet fully stable but will of course be included then!
