This release enables:
- the possible set-up of random phases at each run of the same binary (note that input file has been modified)
- the use of restart files
In addition, the tests provided by cmake are now operational:
- run of a simple irregular sea state
- benchmark of HOS core routines: accuracy of vertical velocity in regular waves checked
