Removing project Greshz-CoolSnip.mmpz as part of #5738 .
It is a bit dated and was marked for destruction already in #2813 but forgotten. There may still be an issue with the upgrade routine but there is no need to leave it in as it's easy to replicate with any older version of the project and there has been more than one complaint about it.
