Sql Server timeout?

So, has anyone ever had this message popup?
[04/06/24 12:42:38:684][map][info] Pinging SQL server to keep connection alive (SqlConnection::TryPing:239)

I ask, because when that happens, I have to close and restart the map server to log back in. This is what happens after I try to log in after that message:

[04/06/24 19:41:03:739][map][error] Query Failed: SELECT charid FROM chars WHERE charid = (?) LIMIT 1 (db::preparedStmt::<lambda_1>::operator ():192)
[04/06/24 19:41:03:739][map][error] (conn=2295) Server has gone away (db::preparedStmt::<lambda_1>::operator ():193)
[04/06/24 19:41:03:739][map][error] recv_parse: Cannot load charid 1 (recv_parse:683)

The map server continues to function like normal, but without the ability to log in until restarted. I recently updated it, so, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

How long was your server inactive (no players logged in or doing anything) before you go the Pinging SQL server to keep connection alive messages?

Should be fixed with: #5360

If you have an issue or encounter a bug, that's what issues are for.

Haven't timed it, but I'd say at least a few hours. I didn't put it in issues, 'cause it was possible it was just something I did wrong.

I downloaded and built server on 12-09-24, having the exact same issue as OP. After a few hours, my brother cannot log in due to the same error.
