Following the 2022 refresh, it's time to spruce up xiloader a bit.
There were (and are?) other forks that have had some development activity going on, some of it would be useful to take upstream.
Fair warning, some of it isn't safe and doesn't work. So we have to be careful.
Please remember that xiloader's goal is not to replace Windower or Ashita. It doesn't need a large library of hooks or hacks to do its job.
