It is not created by ME! It is only extracted from Content.ggpk and upload withoud any modification.
How to get ingame default filter?
- You need download progam VisualGGPK
- Open VisualGGPk and select Content.ggpk
- Select Metadata -> ItemFilters -> default.filter
- export it!
