"try running without admin at least once"

idk how to do it if I'm already opening the manager normally, I've never put run as admin, could it be because i have only a administrator user ?

I tried creating a new user, a diff one to admin.
opened it without errors, and was hoping the "at least once" to effect.
deleted the user and all, tried to open it again, it didn't work, what the sign really says is "don't open it as admin". 💀💀

Add a .txt fille called "allow_admin" To the folder 😅
