- fix "Sync error" to happen too often (more retry on GET http calls for the sync)
- Improve error messages to be more precise
- Performance improvement of operation lists and account lists
- Sync now runs in parallel (up to 2 concurrent syncs) and no longer block the Send/Import flow that will also pause the background sync
