Working on all the D4 cards and D3 cards as per 2016-03-11

This version includes all the working sources for the dormitory 3 and dormitory 4 cards. There are some flags that have been added for more options and optimization. The code is also separated and cleaner.

D3 working D4 working with 40 credits

In this version the code has been a little refactorized.
The reading of D4 cards is working, but the writing can only be done with 40 credits.
The lock blocks algorythm for the D4 cards is yet to be found.
