Ant Pheromones demo converted from Unity GameObjects to Unity DOTS

Using the original OOTS (Object Orientated Technology Stack, Traditional Unity GameObject/MonoBehaviours) code for refrence we ported the project to Unity DOTS over the span of 5 days before in a team of 3, presenting how we implemented the port and a performance analysis
