Expected behaviour

When Lisk Nano 1.2 will be deployed to http://m.lisk.io/ it should select a language. Even if it is always English.

Actual behaviour

Lisk Nano in browser has undefined language because it expects it from Electron.
Also View -> Reload in Electron menu results in no language.

Steps to reproduce

Open Nano in browser

or

Open Desktop app and select View -> Reload in OS menu
