Etherpad plugin for creating a horizontal line:

Install using npm install ep_horizontal_line

How to use:

Use the "Hr line" toolbar button to add the horizontal line on the cursor. The horizontal line will be created next to the cursor. The horizontal will not be created if the cursor is not positioned in the etherpad
