composer require lubos/cakephp-fixtures
Load plugin in bootstrap.php file
bin/cake plugin load Fixtures
run bin/cake to see shells and its options
Example:
bin/cake fixtures createTable "\Cake\Test\Fixture\ArticlesFixture"
bin/cake fixtures insert "\Cake\Test\Fixture\ArticlesFixture"
