build(deps): bump ejs and webpack-bundle-analyzer

Removes [ejs](https://github.com/mde/ejs). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [webpack-bundle-analyzer](https://github.com/webpack-contrib/webpack-bundle-analyzer). These dependencies need to be updated together.
