HttpException when open the 'move' album list

Detailed description of the problem

When I try to move a photo to another album, when loading the album list , I get a "500 HttpException: mb_strimwidth(): Argument #3 ($width) is out of range".
A similar error occurs when I try to move an album to another.

The following entry appears in the error log:

I couldn't find the mb_strimwidth() function call in the source code, but in the PHP manual I found this:
mb_strimwidth()
(PHP 4 >= 4.0.6, PHP 5, PHP 7, PHP 8)
mb_strimwidth — Get truncated string with specified width
<...>
width
The width of the desired trim. If negative width is specified, count from the end of the string.
Note:
Passing negative width is deprecated as of PHP 8.3.0.

Could this be the reason?

Steps to reproduce the issue

First way:

1. Open the album.
2. Right-click on any photo or album
3. Select "move"

Second way:

1. Open the album.
2. Open the photo.
3. Select "move" in the top panel

Experimentally, a nested album with a long name was found. After removing it, the error no longer appeared.
The album name was like this:
Дети/Наня/10 А/15 02 Военно-спортивный турнир памяти А.Мироненко

When the long name of the last subalbum was shortened, an error has gone.
