type.html is a typescript translated program of the python program speed read I'm choosing to transfer it to type script instead of using the pyodide library
1) changed program to now display short stories
* got rid of gospels
* got rid of online content
2) can now display text also with the read_page
1) text now displays line by line in blocks instead of using moving window approach 2) changed settings page so that users can enter in new speed using text input

SpeedRead is a text based application created to help users increase their reading speed and It comes prepackaged with 3 short stories. Users can adjust the speed at which lines display to the screen and over time they can increase it based on their comfort level.
