The package handles update logic for the javascript reference.
Example: Updating from Sitefinity.LibraryItemsDownloader.9.1.6100.0 to 9.1.6100.2, on application start the new version of the JavaScript file will be referenced.
There is no functionality for updating the menu section "Download selected ....." You can do it manually
