Replaces the tixfactory release-manager action with a different one found in the marketplace, as the current one is no longer working.

Replaces the tixfactory release-manager action with a different one found in the marketplace, as the current one is no longer working.
Also removes the transition versions (zip files), as they were originally only intended as a hotfix for the newly added automatic update system.
This helps remove some of the duplication in the configuration.
