    • Start a working wiki and maintain it in daily standups

    • Stop trying to seek for perfection
    • Stop blocking on minor details
    • If there are leftover improvements, create tickets for them in the backlog
    • Have code review standards
      • 24 hour review window for non-urgent PRs
