  • Action Have a wiki page for WIP & Blockers

    • Start a working wiki and maintain it in daily standups
    • Label issues with "ios support needed" etc

  • Action: Start building a code review standard

    • Stop trying to seek for perfection
    • Stop blocking on minor details
    • If there are leftover improvements, create tickets for them in the backlog
    • Have code review standards
      • 24 hour review window for non-urgent PRs
      • 2 reviews minimum

  • Action: Set team values and principles

    • E.g. No ugly hacks
    • E.g. No over-engineering, simpler is better than complex
    • You can propose these up front, but definitely log them down when you discover them in your general process
