@guoxiangzhao Let's arrange a call to rework this PR. I don't like to see so many commits for one PR. It means you may have added large files and removed them and this will destroy the repository. I'm closing this for now. Send me an email with times you are available and I will set up a video meeting for walk through the submission with you.

But in short, what you need to do is:

1. save all the files you plan to submit to a safe place (your desktop)
2. delete your current repo
3. clone the latest repo
4. add your changes back (do not include the long list of python scripts like before)
5. resubmit the PR
