DBI Simulation results for NIST Pool fire #414

We have checked the plots scripts and also created an action. We are a bit unsure if we need to upload the simulation results, - or if this is done automactically

@gatw Please fix the pycache issue. I do not want to see this being added or removed. You need to reset your repo to before when this was added and then put your modified files back
