Add benchmarks for Psycopg3

I have done these tests a few days ago with the latest available versions of asyncpg psycopg2 psycopg3 you can download the results.html here. I changed some minor things but I doubt it changed any results.

@farahats9, do you mind sending a PR with your changes? We can incorporate them and have a fresh benchmark run.

I will try when I have some time, the code is messy because I kept testing and adding diffferent many things.
