Drop Python 3.6 support #940

Python 3.6 reached end-of-life back in December. Since 0.26.0 was just released with support for 3.6, the next release should probably drop support for it.

I think you can also remove the PY_37 attribute from asyncpg/compat.py:

PY_37 = sys.version_info >= (3, 7)
