This PR adds a BackDrop to MetroWindow and improves the demo application to use native colored context menu settings.

@batzen Looks awesome. I need to go more in detail with the backgrounds of some controls to looks good wit Mica.

@batzen LGTM. But after this change, some styles needs to be adopted to this.
