Step 1: Shopping
Sourcing the electrical components will have a lead time of 2 -3 weeks so you will probably want to start with this.

Step 2: Download all the required CAD FILES

Laser cut the the two electronic trays for the 3 inch tube and the 4 inch tube

3D print the components for the T200 Thruster assembly

Step 5: Make the PVC tube frame
5.1 Print out the orthographic drawings 1:1 scale
Click here ! and download PDF 2D drawing
5.2 Paste the drawings onto some wood and cut out the templates for tube bending.
5.3 Cutting the PVC with tube cutter and thread 20 mm spring into PVC tube for bending.
5.4 Bend the PVC tube against the wooden template.
5.5 Lay out all the PVC "T" and elbow connectors needed for assembly and filling the ballast tubes with lead weights.
5.6 Check bent PVC tubes against templates and assemble PVC tubes with connectors and as per CAD drawings.
5.7 Pop rivots are used to fasten tube connections
