Describe what this Pull Request does and why you think it is needed.

Added some new examples, new users might find them helpful or get some ideas on how to use Optimist. They could also look at the tests, but examples are more approachable for most people.

- Align the short and long forms into their own columns in the help output (#145 - thanks akhoury6)
